Caragh Clune, MEd
Compassionate Therapist | Trauma-Informed Care | Curious and Connection-Focused
Caragh is an empathetic Mental Health Counselor who brings warmth, adaptability,
and genuine curiosity into her work with clients. Growing up in a military family helped
shape her ability to connect easily with others and create a therapeutic space built on
trust, rapport, and understanding.
Her approach balances trauma-informed care with encouragement, kindness, and
compassion. Caragh is especially interested in helping clients better understand
themselves, make sense of unfamiliar or overwhelming experiences, and feel more
grounded in the parts of life that may feel confusing or difficult to navigate.
She values authentic connection and believes meaningful change begins with feeling seen, supported, and safe enough to explore life more openly and honestly.
