Inspired offers DBT groups for Women, as well as Co-Ed DBT Groups. DBT targets the issues that cause you distress and teaches you skills to deal with these problems in a new, effective way; without self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or other problematic coping strategies. DBT strategically blends behavior therapy with validation. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is proven in clinical research to help people, with the following barriers, to lead their fullest life:

  • Borderline Personality Disorder

  • Depression

  • PTSD

  • Bipolar Disorder

  • Suicidal thoughts or impulses

  • Suicidal Behavior/Self-Injurious Behavior

  • Substance abuse/Impulsive behaviors (e.g. shoplifting, high risk sex, etc.)

  • Intense emotions (e.g. anger, sadness, fear)

  • Difficulty building and maintaining healthy relationships

  • Chronic feelings of emptiness

DBT is, also, better than standard treatments at keeping people out of the emergency room and the hospital. DBT balances acceptance and change and gives you real skills that you can use in the real world, NOW!
