Rosalie Allain-Morris, M.Ed
Clinician | Trauma & Addiction Specialist | Cheer Coach-Turned-Therapist
Rosalie brings over 25 years of experience empowering adolescents and
adults; first as a professional cheerleading coach, now as a deeply attuned
mental health counselor. Born in Bangkok and raised in Massachusetts, her
journey blends high-energy leadership with grounded, holistic care.
After years spent supporting athletes and advocating for her son with learning differences, Rosalie followed the call to become a therapist at 41. Her work is rooted in trauma recovery, self-compassion, and the mind-body connection; insights deepened by her recent spiritual pilgrimage to Peru.
Clients appreciate her calm presence, creative spirit, and lived understanding of ADHD, parenting, and what it means to truly embrace yourself; flaws, spontaneity, and all.
Rosalie's Favortie Quote: “We are all perfectly imperfect.”
