A Little Bit About Destini...

I am a licensed mental health counselor and expressive arts therapist. I have five years of experience in the
helping professions, working with people from a variety of backgrounds, including youth and adults struggling with their mental health or addictions. I invite people to explore creativity, recreation, and spirituality to enrich their lives.

Outside of my career, I value spending time with my friends and family. I love to participate in anything creative.

WHY DID YOU BECOME A THERAPIST?

I have always found the arts to be helpful for my own mental health. I loved helping others and listening to them as well. I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to be a therapist or an artist, so I was so glad to discover expressive arts therapy.
