A Little Bit About Joanna...
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and an Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher, offering counseling and mind-body modalities to clients. I grew up in the suburbs of New Jersey and have been living on the south shore of Massachusetts for more than a decade. I enjoy traveling and love being immersed in new cultures and meeting new people. I am a helper to my core, love being with my family and friends, spending time in the city and in nature, writing and creating art, and listening to music and dancing, reading and playing with my dog. I am the type of person who will stop a stranger on the street and ask to pet their dog.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A THERAPIST?
My personal experience in holistic wellness and mind-body modalities for healing has led me towards guiding individuals to reach their full potential for optimal well-being. Moved deeply by the psychological effects of yoga, I decided to pursue an integrated career in mental health counseling and yoga.
