A Little Bit About Josclyn...
I wear many hats as a mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. I am also a mom to two dogs and a Guinea Pig! I’ve lived on the east coast and west coast but have spent most of my life in Massachusetts. I have a dual career working as a therapist and have held several leadership roles in Human Resources. I absolutely love animals and wish I lived on a farm!
WHY DID YOU BECOME A THERAPIST?
As an empath, I’ve always been sensitive to people’s needs and energies and knew I wanted to be in a helping profession. I went into social work so that I could work in different environments and help people to live their best lives. More recently, I have discovered how mindfulness and meditation can enrich lives.
