Because Inspired is NOT an impersonal "Big Box" mental health clinic, we can assure you that you will always be treated with respect for your individuality. Here, you will never be seen as a diagnosis, a file, or a number. If you have worked with multiple therapists, in the past, or have had doubts about trying therapy, at all, we urge you to give us a try. This is not therapy, as usual!
We are a pet friendly practice! On any given day, our Team may have their pups in the office. Please, make a note of this if you have allergies or dogs make you uncomfortable!
Inspired's Opinion about AI
In the Therapy World
Some practices are beginning to use AI to "meet"
with their clients...
Inspired says an emphatic "NO" to this. Psychotherapy, with its intricate blend of empathy, intuition, and nuanced understanding of the human experience, remains a deeply human endeavor that defies replication by artificial intelligence. While AI can offer valuable tools and insights, the complex nature of human emotions and the dynamic interplay between personal histories, cultures, and individual contexts necessitate the irreplaceable role of a human therapist. The ability to connect on a profound emotional level, interpret non-verbal cues, and adapt therapeutic approaches in real-time based on subtle nuances are quintessentially human attributes that contribute to the transformative power of psychotherapy. The human touch, compassion, and the art of active listening are pivotal elements that make the therapeutic alliance an inherently human process, fostering trust and facilitating genuine healing that transcends the capabilities of any machine.
