Individual Therapy

Inspired Clinicians offer a wide variety of individual therapy services based upon your needs. In an initial phone assessment it will be determined what your needs might be and who would be a good fit for you, as a therapist, based on those needs. From there, the client and the therapist complete a full assessment and use a variety of modalities, including DBT, that are specific to the client’s needs. We have experience in working with people struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Eating disorders. Many of our therapists have DBT training from Behavioral Tech.

Couples Therapy

Are you and your partner having the same argument over and over? Do you feel misunderstood, unheard, and hopeless about your future together? In the midst of conflict and uncertainty, it can be challenging to slow down and see what’s really going on between the two of you, let alone change it.

Using a variety of therapeutic approaches, we work together to identify, understand, and adjust the negative patterns that keep you stuck and foster disconnection, with the goal of improving your communication and creating a safe, secure emotional bond.

Family Therapy

Families are complex systems. Our family members can be both the most influential people as well as our largest sources of pain and suffering throughout our lives. Over time, these systems can develop rigid patterns of interaction that lead to emotional distress and disconnection.

Your Inspired therapist will work with all members of the family to unearth areas of conflict and address the blocks that get in the way of loving and supportive relationships while holding space for everyone’s emotional experience to be understood and validated.
