A Little Bit About Jenna...
I grew up in Vermont and moved to Tennessee right after high school. As a previous military wife, we experienced frequent moves therefore, I have lived in a few other states which includes
Alaska, Massachusetts, and most recently Georgia. I have been blessed with two children, a 20 year old girl and an 18 year old girl. I prefer the mountains over the beach, therefore, one of my
favorite experiences was the opportunity to live in North Pole, Alaska.
I love to spend time with my family and friends which prompted my move back to Massachusetts. I enjoy skiing, skating,
yoga, hiking, kayaking and of course shopping! I am an avid reader and enjoy researching as I am always looking for ways to strengthen my skills.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A THERAPIST?
I became a therapist because I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of those around me. I knew early on that I had a knack for guiding people who felt alone, left out, unheard, unwelcome, sad, anxious, lost, and scared. I could see the potential and what their future could be like with the appropriate guidance and support. I have always enjoyed being there for others and felt honored to assist them in any way I could. I’m a therapist because I am passionate about guiding people during self-discovery, exploration, and healing. I recognize how
powerful it can be to have someone that supports and
encourages you to be your best and most authentic self. I’m a therapist because I want to walk alongside individuals in this journey of life and support them in the best way possible.
