At Inspired, our DBT Skills Groups are designed to help clients learn and apply practical tools to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and respond more effectively to stress. This isn’t a support group; it’s a structured, curriculum-based program led by trained DBT clinicians, with decades of DBT experience!

For younger adolescents learning to manage big emotions, improve relationships, and build coping skills through structured, age-appropriate Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
